Availability

Whilst we stock 1000s of products in our stores at any given time ready for dispatch or collection, there are occasions or certain products that will need to be ordered from our suppliers. In the rare occasion that something isn't either in stock with ourselves or our suppliers, we will contact you with an estimated lead time of when you should receive your order, and you can inform us if you would like to proceed or be given a refund. If an order is required quickly or you wish to come in store to collect, please contact us before hand to make sure we have what you need available.

Delivery

We aim to get any order placed through our website out for delivery as quickly as possible. Currently due to different times at which couriers and Royal Mail collect from our stores, we do not offer a guaranteed next day delivery. If you require an order quickly, please contact us to check both availability and to see how quickly we can get the order to you. If an order is going to take longer than what we think meets our standard for getting orders to customers, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date and ask how you would like to proceed.

Delivery Charges

  • Delivery fees will vary depending on the size of the items you order.
  • Orders over £100 will receive free shipping
  • Items over 1.5m long or heavy items may be subject to a surcharge

Receiving Deliveries

Upon receiving a delivery, please check if anything is missing or damaged. If there are any issues, please contact us as soon as possible. If you have marked your delivery to be left in a safe place through either our website or the courier, we cannot be held responsible for your parcel going missing or damaged.

If you are not in to receive your order, the courier may return your order to us after a few failed attempts. You may be charged a re-posting fee to cover the charge given to us by the courier sending the parcel back to us, and us having to ship the parcel back out to you.

Collections

If you have selected your order for collection, we will send you a message when it is ready to collect. If something isn't in stock, or there is a lead time, we will message you and ask how you would like to proceed.

Any high value orders will require proof of ID upon collection from the card holder that was used for payment, before we will hand any goods over to you.

If you would prefer to just come in store and pay, please feel free to do so, we accept card payments on our counter, and if we don't have what you need, we can order it in for you.

Outside UK Deliveries

Unfortunately we currently only deliver to areas within the UK. Please contact us with any enquirers about ordering from outside of the UK.
